Corporate Volunteering/Team Building
Make a difference in the communities where your employees live + work
Publicolor’s Paint Club is a hands-on, project-based learning program that brings together students and corporate volunteers to paint New York City public schools and other underserved community facilities with vibrant colors.
Our unique approach is designed to engage low-income students in their education. Since 1996, we’ve transformed the lives of more than
1.2 million students and have painted 344 schools and 258 community sites alongside 27,000 volunteers!
Volunteers are game changers! At Paint Club, students work collaboratively with caring adult volunteers who talk about their work and the education needed to do their job - all while painting alongside one another. These meaningful interactions introduce students to a much wider variety of job options than they ever imagined, and encourage them to stay in school and invest in their future.

We welcome you and your employees to join us! Publicolor was honored at the White House with the President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2000 for our work with volunteers in the community. We’re proud to partner with companies such as Amazon, Blackstone, Bloomberg, Citigroup, Con Edison, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Estée Lauder Companies, Goldman Sachs, Hearst, Michael Kors, NBA Cares, NY Yankees, Related Companies, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Wasserman, and many more.
Volunteer opportunities are customizable. The suggested contribution for one Saturday for up to 25 employees in $5,000. Together we will design an employee engagement experience that fits your team needs and budget.
